Antipasto Platter
• Assortment of salami, prosciutto, melon, leg of ham, feta cheese, hummus, char grilled eggplant, capsicum, semi dried tomatoes, dolmades and assorted olives, served with grissini sticks
And/Or
Mezza Platter
• Creamy eggplant dip, labneh dip, carrot and celery sticks, kalamatta olivesand mixed nuts, served with crisp bread
Entree
• Grilled king prawn cutlet on herb risotto with watercress and lemon chilli oil
• Smoked salmon with crab, shaved cucumber and roasted fennel aioli, petite herbs
• Sun dried tomato, chicken and goat’s cheese tart served warm with rocket salad
• Roasted lamb rump with seasonal salad, caramelised pearl onion and honey mustard dressing
• Tomato and basil fettuccine with roasted zucchini and aubergine, basil, feta and parmesan
• Linguine boscaiola with grilled bacon, garlic, mushroom and parmesan sauce
Main
• Seared barramundi fillet, crisp potato and green peas, lemon and caper butter
